It’s been really consistent. My food comes out hot all the way through, no random cold spots or anything like that, which is nice because.....

Not sure if I just got a bad one or what, but it broke after about a week. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so it was disappointing...

I thought this would fit my countertop based on how it looked, but I guess I assumed wrong. It ended up being too wide for the space I had, so it didn’t really work for me.

I’ve been using it for a bit and, for the most part, it works fine. It’s easy to figure out, which I appreciate. There are a couple small hiccups here and there, but they feel preventable with a little more polish.

I accidentally placed an order and figured getting a refund would be a hassle, but it really wasn’t. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly, then handled it without dragging things out or making it awkward. The money showed up back in my account a few days later. Definitely went smoother than I expected, so I’m happy to give 5 stars

I ordered from bydash.com and didn’t expect it to show up so quickly, but it got here way sooner than I thought it would. The tracking was simple to follow too, which was nice. Everything went smoothly with no issues, so I’m happy with the experience.

When I first opened the site, I thought it looked okay enough, but after clicking around for a few minutes, it started to feel cluttered.

Some of the colors and sections didn’t really seem to go together, and the layout made it hard to figure out where my eyes were supposed to go next. It feels like they were aiming for a modern look but didn’t quite pull it all together.

It’s definitely not the worst design I’ve seen, but it wasn’t very clean or easy to use for me. Overall, it just felt.....

I usually end up on bydash.com when I’m standing in the kitchen with no idea what to make for dinner. I like that the recipes feel realistic, they’re easy to follow, don’t have a ton of steps, and don’t make cooking feel like a whole project.
Last night I tried the chicken rice bowl, it turned out better than I expected. I had no trouble finding the ingredients, and the whole thing came together smoothly. It’s a nice site, and I can definitely see myself using it again.

I like how compact it is and it doesn’t get in the way of my view while driving. Setting it up was easy, though the app took me a bit to figure out. The video quality is good enough for what I need. Overall I’m happy with it, just not quite perfect, so 4 stars.

I’ve been using the air fryer for fries and chicken, and so far I’m happy with it. The whole process is easy, and the food usually cooks evenly with a nice crisp to it. It took me a couple tries to get the timing just right, but once I figured that out, it’s been great.

Of course my item stopped working right when I actually needed it, so I ended up having to reach out to bydash.com about the warranty. They did get back to me, but every reply seemed to take a few days, which made the whole thing feel like it was dragging on forever.

They asked me for photos and my order information, which I get is normal, but it still felt like I was the one stuck doing all the chasing. The back and forth probably could have been quicker, and I was just left waiting around each time.

To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, so I’m not saying it was a terrible experience. It just wasn’t as smooth or easy as I hoped, and it felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be. 3 stars feels fair.

The weird part is, the return itself wasn’t complicated, but getting the info I needed was. I had to follow up with support twice before I finally got the return details. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than they originally said. Overall, not the smoothest experience.

I got this for my sister and she seemed to really like it. I was a little unsure if it was the right choice at first, but it came out nice and ended up being a good gift

It cooks food quicker than I expected. Super helpful on busy nights. Took me a little while to get used to the settings, though. Not too bad once I figured it out.

At first I thought it was solid, and for a while I was happy using it. But over time, I don’t know, it just started feeling less dependable. Little random issues kept popping up, fixes seemed to take forever, and eventually I found myself not wanting to rely on it for everyday work. Maybe it’s fine if you only need it for a short stretch, but long term, it just didn’t really work out for me...

I kind of expected the usual checkout hassle, but it was actually simple. The pages loaded quick enough too, which is usually a good sign when a site is easy to get through.

I was trying to order a few things, but it felt like half of what I wanted was out of stock. The site itself looked fine and was easy enough to browse, but there just wasn’t much available to actually buy. Am I missing something, or is inventory just really limited right now?

It feels sturdy enough for everyday use, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, a few parts do feel a bit flimsy, and you can tell it’s not the most heavy-duty build. For the price, it’s okay, but I’d say just have realistic expectations.
